EcoPoint3 technology is effective in reducing heat buildup due its selective strong adhesion between silica and rubber vs. weak filler/filler interaction. In addition, such refined and controlled rubber and particle interaction enhances wear and cut resistance on the tire.

The EcoPoint3’s raw materials used to manufacture silica originates from sand, making it more sustainable than using carbon black, which uses more fossil fuels in its creation. MAXAM Tire also utilizes a low-carbon development and manufacturing process. In addition, with maximum wear and tire life, less waste is consumed.
